highest quality beauty care products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return
and refund policy is as follows:
Return Conditions
- Defective or damaged product: The product is defective, damaged, or not as
described.
- Wrong product: The product received is not the one ordered.
- Allergic reaction or adverse effect: The customer experiences an allergic reaction
or adverse effect.
Return Procedure
- Notify us within 7 days: Inform us via phone, email, or in-person within 7 days of
delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase: Show the original invoice or receipt.
- Return the product: Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all tags,
packaging, and accessories intact.
Refund and Exchange Options
- Full refund: Processed within 7-10 working days.
- Exchange: The customer can exchange for another item of equal or higher value.
- Store credit: A credit note can be issued, redeemable within 6 months.
Exceptions
- Custom-made or special orders: These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Used or opened products: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale or discounted products: Are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Governing Law
